With a ratio of 200% fruit to flour, Healthybake’s Fruit Nut & Seed Sourdough is a deliciously extravagant combination of sultanas, dates, apricots, pears, peaches, almonds, sunflower seed, linseed and sesame seeds with rye flour in a sourdough culture. With natural ingredients, no added sugar and all the benefits that their sourdough culture offers, this bread is nutritious, has a long life and is easily digested.   This bread is vegan friendly and soy free.   Ingredients  Sultanas (25%), Filtered Water, Certified Organic Rye Flour, Sunflower Kernels (5%), Sesame Seed (5%), Dates (4%), Apricots (3%), Certified Organic Oat Bran, Olive Oil, Peaches (1%), Pears (1%), Almonds (1%), Gluten, Sea Salt, Sour Dough Culture (Contains Acidophilus & Bifidus).
