Description
La Tortilleria Corn Tortillas are made from scratch using a traditional recipe, using corn grains rather than corn flour. Using the Nixtamal process, they soak and cook Australian grown corn in limewater, then stone grind it to a wet dough using a traditional mill before pressing into circles and baking in a perfectly heated oven.  Corn (99.5%), Sea Salt.    Origin  Made in Australia from all Australian ingredients.
