Description
Lotus Bi-Carb Soda is used in cooking and baking as a leavning agent and to nutralise the acids in recipes. It is four times as strong as baking powder and once added to batters creates a reaction that causes the batter to rise. Use in cakes, breads, muffins and pizza bases.  Sodium Bicarbonate (E500).
